Any bookings cancelled on the day of the booked departure will incur a 100% charge. Any cancellations made the day before will incur a 50% charge. All cancellations must be faxed or emailed and acknowledged. Water Taxis Combined Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge this credit card/account if required.

Payment must be made on board the vessel. You can pay using any major credit card, Cabcharge or cash.

Should you wish to prepay by credit card, you MUST contact the office and arrange to complete a form authorising this transaction. If this authorisation is not in place prior to making the booking, payment will only be accepted on board.

All payments by credit card will attract a 10% administration fee.

Please ensure that your group is ready to depart at the specified time(s) otherwise a waiting charge will apply ($2.00 per minute for water taxis, or $3.00 per minute for water limousines.)
